Now approaching its eighth year, the Claverham Beer Festival (2nd July to 4th July 2010) is a combined venture of Claverham Village Hall and Yeo Valley Lions, designed not just to provide visitors with a good night out, but also to raise funds for local charities.  To date 275 different beers and ciders have made an appearance at the Beer Festival, with £45,000 raised for charities as diverse as Great Western Air Ambulance and Riding for the Disabled, through the visits of 2,750 people.

The aim of this site is to provide you with information on what can be expected at this year's Beer Festival, opening times, what's on and what to expect, how to buy tickets and last but not least how to find us.  You can also find information on where the money raised from last year's festival has been donated and who we hope to help this year.

In addition to 35 or so beers from the West Country, this year's chosen theme, you can expect to be able to find a number of ciders and wines, in addition to musical entertainment and on Sunday 4th July the World Spoof Championship.  As 4th July is Independence Day expect something with that type of theme!

Places for the Friday and Saturday night sessions are ticket only, and each of them is popular so please make your bookings early.  Groups are very welcome.

We are very fortunate to have a number of sponsors, who provide sponsorship of a number of costs associated with the Claverham Beer Festival, as well as sponsoring the various beers we have  available.
